Please let me know atleast 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel. No shows, reschedules and cancellations less than 48 hours in advance will require a $50 non refundable deposit to rebook. No shows, reschedules and cancellations less than 24 hours in advance will be charged a 25% cancellation fee and a $50 non refundable deposit to rebook. If a deposit was put down to book already & you cancel/no show, the deposit will be forfeited & another will have to be put down to book a future appointment. Confirmation messages will be sent out 48hrs before your appointment. If you do not confirm, that will be taken as a no call/no show and deposit will be required to rebook.  I understand life is unpredictable and things can happen. I just ask that you communicate in the event a problem arises, to respect my time & yours. I look forward to having you in my chair.
